Quick Way to Tune In
One of the biggest hurdles to starting and maintaining a mindfulness practice is finding the time! Even if we are willing to admit that we actually do have 10, 20, or 30 minutes that we are spending browsing around on our phones that might be better used reaping the health benefits of sitting quietly with ourselves, the discomfort that can arise from removing all the distractions and chatter can be really hard to do.
